• If your print pieces will be mailed, remember to check size limits by the US Post Office when designing your print pieces. This is particularly important for postcards and newsletters. A lot of postage costs are saved if newsletters are folded to 5.5x8.5 and tabbed or inserted in 6x9 envelopes rather than mailing them as 8.5 x 11 flat pieces.
